David W. Edwards

David Wayne Edwards is a seasoned appraiser in all areas of antiques including mid-century, period furniture, silver, pottery and historical items. His experience in appraising includes all household items as well as antiques and collectibles.

David has a background of 35 years running his own estate sales business, appraising items and selling them on site. Prior to running ESTATES BY DAVID, he was part owner and operator of LEVEL FORKE ANTIQUES, located in Elberon, Virginia. He has a keen eye for collectibles and valuables and has a working knowledge of current values.

David has built a large client following with excellent referrals. His intuitive nature is his mark of success. David is frequently requested to conduct appraisal fairs and events for church groups, civic groups, senior groups and for other events that involve antique appraisals. He conducts appraisals for lawyers, estate administrators, and families who are settling estates. He facilitates seminars, educating clients in need of appraisal and liquidation services

David has a business degree in marketing and certification in real estate. David's career achievements include:

David is a Surry County native as is his wife Jeannie Tynes Edwards. They have two children, Meredith McNamee and Patrick Edwards; and two grandchildren, Logan McNamee and Tallon Edwards. David and Jeannie currently reside in Hanover County.
